Was this issue resolved? We would also like to be able to view and approval .eml files in Wrike. Rather than downloading and viewing in Outlook. Thanks!

I'd like to upvote this and include .msg and oft email types.
I would like upvote the need to be able to preview .eml files in Wrike. I like at add emails that I receive from vendors with quotes and formulas right into my tasks. This is the one thing that Smartsheet does well. It is too complicated to download and then open every time you want to view the emails. In a perfect world I would drag in an email from Outlook and it would automatically save as an item in Wrike, then when I click it in Wrike to view the email it automatically opens in Outlook without the need to download it.

Curious, has there been any movement since the update provided in Oct 2025? The first comment/request to be able to view .eml files in Wrike was made in 2023. We are now in 2026, and as an owner of the platform and a power user, being able to view multiple file types in Wrike would be a huge benefit to our creative team, which includes copywriters, designers, digital marketers, videographers, and photographers. Moving this request from backlog into production or at least onto the 2026 Roadmap would be appreciated. I'll also discuss this with my account manager and CRM as to the importance of this request.
