Anonymous Request Forms

We would really like to use a request form internally for our employees to submit anonymous feedback. Unfortunately at the moment, tasks created from request form submissions always feature the submitter name in the task details. We would get a lot more use out of the feature if we could remove this from the task and make it fully anonymous!

We are currently using Microsoft Forms and Typeform to gather anonymous feedback from internal users but we are trying to promote Wrike as our go-to operational tool - hence the more 'Wrike' we can incorporate into our processes the better!

We do this to allow employees to anonymously submit any issues, but we just use the external link option and don't require the name and email of the person. I know it's an extra step having to generate and send out the URL, but it does help keep it anonymous. Also, not all of our employees have Wrike access, so it was a requirement anyway.

I agree with Cody Rogers, just create an external link for your form and provide it to your stuff, you could even use a bookmark in a space for providing this link so everyone can use it easily within Wrike.

It's everything already there in Wrike to make this possible!

This is exactly what I came looking for! We would also like to have the option to be able to anonymously submit request forms. I understand that we could use an external link, but then that is just one more link that our staff has to keep track of outside of Wrike. We would use the request form as a way to submit feedback or questions about our company or to submit praise to other employees for doing a good job. Not everyone wants their name attached to that as we discuss them in monthly company updates.

I do however like the idea of an external link for one-off surveys.

I wanted to use Wrike forms to allow our Clients to send feature request or bug reports. Ideally by filling the form there will be new task assigned to someone on some board. But we cannot use it -- link it generated lead to Wrike Login which deems this form unusable

is any way to allow anonyms forms?

Is any API which will allow me to create new task if someone pass feature request or bug report text + screenshot(s) ?

I tried to use example from API documentation
1. created new app
2. generate token
3. changed token in example to new token
4. and it did not work

curl: (35) schannel: next InitializeSecurityContext failed: Unknown error (0x80092012)

therefore we cannot use wrike as feature request tool

It looks like the settings have changed somehow and even if someone uses the external link it is capturing their name due to their login (I think). Is the anonymous ability gone?

Sorry for the delayed response! In the Form sharing settings, you can uncheck the “Require respondent's name and email” option. This ensures that people filling out your form won’t be required to provide their name and email address before submitting.
