We're thrilled to announce a new update that gives you more control over your external requests’ post-submission or thank you emails! 🔥
Before: After an external form is submitted, a thank you email confirming the submission is sent. This email is configured for the entire account, which means that the message applies to every single external request form.
Now: With our latest update, you can now configure the thank you email for each individual form!
This new feature allows you to personalize and tailor your thank you emails according to the specific form that's been submitted, providing a more customized experience! And we know that many of you have been interested in this feature 🙂
How to configure:
You can customize post-submission emails in the request form settings dialog. You can also update existing forms by editing them and adding a custom thank you email.


Please note that this setup works with external request forms only.
