Can't get widget to display results although data and filters look OK.

Hey All,

I'm trying to get a widget that displays all instances of a CIT that a person is assigned to that have been completed in the past month. See screen shot attached for settings, but I'm asking for:

Data Source: Entire Account
Report on: Tasks (because CIT is not an option)

Filters:
CIT: Deliverables
User: Current User: (I've switched this to me for a test and still no results)
Date Completed: This Month
Status: Completed (Tried status group, tried selecting the 2 different workflow "Completes")

It seems like it should be showing me the results, but no matter how I change things up, I can't get the data to show correctly. Does anyone have any ideas where I'm going wrong!? TIA!

Try to delete the date filter. Are there results then? If not, delete the Status filter and try again. Next would be the Assignee filter. If you see results, check if the other criteria do really match. Maybe share a screenshot with and without the critical filter.

Could the issue be with the "current user" filter? If current user was not assigned to any completed Deliverables CIT, nothing would show up. When I replicated similar filters in our account, I got expected results. Try filtering by a specific user who you know has completed Deliverables from last month assigned to them.

Hi @Florian Kislich and @Ali Moses!

I did try eliminating the filters one by one, and had switched the "Current User" to my name (and assigned one of the deliverables to me to prove that). None of that worked, but what it lead me to was switching the Data criteria from Entire Account to my Space only. That's when I realized there are 2 instances of the deliverables CIT, one at account and one in the space. Although they are named the same and use the same icon, they are seen as different. So I need to adjust that to solve.

Thanks for your help, it moved me in the direction I needed to go!
