When a red line appears on the gantt chart it means the task is appearing before its dependency. Is there a way to auto adjust this so that the timeline runs correctly?

Could you please specify the red line that you mention - there's a red vertical line indicating today's date and date constraints that are represented by a solid vertical lines in front of the Task.
