Automated Report Exports

Today, we are subscribed to scheduled report notifications, however, we would love to see this data compared day over day, week over week and month over month... so we have to log in and export the data at the same time every day, week or month respectively. It would be great if we could subscribe to receive the exported Excel data instead of just a Wrike notification. This would eliminate the need for manual work and would cause less human error caused by busy schedules and various users.

I would like to add to the above request for Automated Excel Report Exports. In addition to the above, I would like:

Ability to schedule the exporting of Report in Excel format multiple times in 1 day.
Ability to specify the exact name and location that the resulting Report should be saved on the computer system (not just emailed or put into download folder).
Option to have the Report automatically export when data captured in that Report change.

Why do I ask for these things? I am trying to set up a calendar for everyone in my company to be able to view (not edit). Since Smart Calendars are only available from within Wrike (and then only to Regular Users and External Users, not Collaborators), I need to have a way for non-Wrike users to be able to view the Calendar data (start/end dates at the Project level). There is a way to do this manually by exporting a Wrike Report in Excel and then having my calendar application read it, but this is a very manual process now (so will not work for me). To automate it, I need to be able to schedule the Report for multiple times per day (better yet, whenever data changes), and specify the exact filename and location for the resulting Excel Report file that is exported, and have the Report write over the file data.

Ideally, it'd be great to be able to connect to Wrike via PowerShell (or equivalent) and be able to use a command to export a particular report to CSV.

I'd like to export a report to a folder at a regular time interval all well or call something to generate the file. I wrote an R script that summarizes the data and would love to automate as much as possible.

Do we have an update on this please? Having to set reminders to export data on certain days and times is frustrating. It would be far easier if Wrike automatically exported the data at a scheduled time for us!

I agree with the requests above. Many of our conversations with the Wrike team about reporting resulted in being told that pivots and other complex reports belong more in the Excel/Spreadsheet realm (ie export and manipulate). I would really like to see a method to automate an export of a folder, report, or even complete dataset instead of having to manually copy daily updates into our spreadsheet framework. I've come to grips with using the spreadsheets, but we just need a better way to get the data there, since no API's exist that can fulfil this need.

Ideally as well, we would have a way to automate the report exports via various methods, not just email. Example, Dropbox, Google Drive, OneDrive, and more complex but beneficial possibly, directly to an AWS S3 bucket. Also, being able to export as different file types, not just .xls/.xlsx, but also .txt or other delimited file types (specifically .csv for example).

Also looking for this capability. We need to be able to communicate status to our customers. It is frustrating and cumbersome to do this manually. I would love to be able to automatically get updated reports in an excel/google sheets format on a weekly basis.
