Inheriting Personal Spaces

Hi!

As an admin, I'm often assigning myself for a transfer of work when deleting a user from Wrike.

I noticed that due to inheriting the deleted users Personal space, it adds to my list of Spaces. It can get quite overwhelming and confusing, especially if deleting number users, to see X amount of Spaces called "Personal" with the same icon.

This is a simple piece of product feedback to append the name of the deleted user to the end of the inherited Personal Space so that it's clear which is which, and as to not get confused with my own

Example: "Personal - User's name"

We are still in our infancy with the number of users in Wrike, however in the last month or so we have deleted a few users and now I have 5 personal spaces. Having their names attached would be so helpful!

Adding to this thread as I couldn't find another that is more relevant.

It would also be ideal to have the option to fully delete a personal space for a user who is no longer on the team once relevant tasks/projects have been transferred. I now have 8 archived Personal Spaces that have been transferred to me, and it can be tedious to relabel and ensure I'm interacting with the personal space assigned to me.

As an admin for the deleted user's Personal Space, you should be able to delete those Spaces. You can navigate to the Space's overview page, click on the three-dot menu, and select "Delete Space." 👇🏼

I would also support adding the team member name to the Personal space or being able to edit the title, I just tried to add something to my personal space and guessed wrong twice before managing to put it into my Personal space and not someone else's! But thank you, @Basudha Sakshyarika, for the how-to on deleting!
