Custom Item Type for Folders

Hi!
We use folders to better manage our customers and put in each customer folder all projects they have with us.
It would be very helpful if I could create CIT folders, to give them a specific folder icon and distinguish them from other folders.

Have you tried using different colors for the folders? We do this and it is very helpful.

thanks for your suggestion.
I need not only to give to folders a new look, but also to use them for API integrations.
For this reason I want to have folders custom item type.

Agreed, I would like to customize a Folder Item type to format & sort the various fields that appear.

Another vote for CIT folders! In the meantime, I use a CIT project as a "folder" to get the icon identifier and then convert it to an actual folder when the campaign is done.
