Blueprint indicator

Since we create a lot of projects, it would be nice to indicate that a project was created from a specific blueprint. This way if there is something wrong we could quickly go back and update the blueprint to cover the fix.

It would also be nice to have an option that could update any projects already made with that blueprint so they could all be updated simultaneously without having to edit each project individually. 

Options:

• Toggle Switch - I would like to update all projects made with this blueprint to reflect this change

Ideally a warning would be displayed, something like, "By updating this blue print all projects created using this version of the blueprint will be updated"

• Blue print versions - I've seen this suggested before, having multiple versions of a blue print and being able to switch back and forth from each could be nice as well. I know duplicating could be a thing, but I feel like to update a blueprint and have older versions of projects made with old blueprints hints at the idea of Blueprint versions.

Great suggestions, @Conrad Aleshire! I will definitely share these with the product team. In the meantime, here are a few ways you can manage blueprint tracking in your projects:

1. Project Description: Within the blueprints, you can include a note in the description stating the blueprint it originated from. For example, "This project was created from the 'Marketing Campaign' blueprint." This makes it easy to identify the source blueprint directly from the project overview.

2. Custom Fields: You can create a custom field (e.g., "Blueprint Source") and input the blueprint name. Each time a project is created using the same blueprint, this field will display the blueprint name. This also allows for quick filtering and searching based on the blueprint used.

These methods should help you efficiently track and manage projects created from specific blueprints until more integrated features become available. 😊
