Add users to Wrike without inviting them?

As a Wrike admin in my company I'd like to be able to add users without having to send them an invitation for them to accept.

This would have the following benefits:

Easier and simpler to add bulk users - e.g. if I need to add 50 people in one go it's annoying to have to wait for them all to accept the invitation, or have to chase up the ones who don't get around to accepting it.
Removes the potential for users to ignore the invite, or completely miss it in a mass of emails.
Ensures that we can start adding users to resource plans straight away, again no waiting for multiple users to accept over a range of different time frames.

Hi @Mat Ward, have you looked into account provisioning using SAML SSO? It needs a bit of IT-department knowhow to set up but once it's done you can automatically provision Entra ID users without having to go through the normal email invite route.

Hi @Mat Ward, I second what @Phil Taylor has suggested! We got this set up and anyone who needs access within our organization simply requires me to send IT a list of email addresses and request that they get added to the correct SAML user group. About 15 minutes later or so, they are in the system and just require you to set any specific settings (i.e. work schedule, user groups, adjust the license if needed, etc.). Through SSO, they won't even need a password!

Thanks for your suggestion, Phil. It's a shame I have no idea what SAML SSO is! I'm guessing I'd need to get our IT infrastructure team to look into it.

Hi @Mat Ward yeah it's definitely an IT-level function to set up. Once it's done though, as @Anna Giacobbe says, it's super easy to provision users :-)
