Calendar Layers - Toggle all On, Toggle all off

We are creating some org-wide calendar views of when work is being done and how it interacts with other work; however, there are many layers associated with some of these calendars.

1. It would provide some valuable efficiency (reduced clicking) to be able to toggle all layers off/toggle all layers on in order to customize the particular view of any colleague.

2. Could we take it a step further and include sub-layers? For example, we have a publications department, that has print and digital and under print and digital are further publications. It would be awesome to have the flexibility to toggle on and off each of the hierarchy layers .

Upvoted! I know this is possible through the "Calendars" quick menu item:

But it would be much more convenient if the individual tools within the spaces could do it as well, especially since we are encouraging pinning the items to the sidebar, it isn't very convenient, especially when some of our calendars are maxing out the number of layers permitted. With that, I'm also going to echo the second part of Annie's post here and support the inclusion of sublayers. We break our calendars out by industry and our industries have subindustries that currently have a naming convention to capture the subs, but would be much easier if they could be toggled layers to just activate or deactivate all:
