It would be helpful if the subject line of the email communication with external requesters could be customized to auto-populate with additional reference information such as the title of request. When we use the email to external requester feature, the reference number of the request doesn't provide enough information to the requester. Although we can manually update the subject line (per https://help.wrike.com/hc/en-us/articles/5577018877463-Email-Communication-With-External-Requesters), it would be helpful to have consistency across requests/users.
