Form approval for non-wrike users

Suggestion that I also raised with Ksenia from tech support.

I suggest that the dev team think about sort of copying the form approval workflow process of google.

We want to monitor form requests in Wrike, but the major setback is that you cannot set an approver for the form that is not currently enrolled as a regular user.

If we can add a functionality into the form where you can set a non wrike user as an approver for the task to be generated into the system... that would really help me monitor the productivity of my team.

And how about adding non-Wrike users as Collaborators to approve tasks? This type of user can comment on tasks, projects and folders shared with them. Could this help? Also, there's the Guest Review feature if you're working with files. Please let me know!

Discussed this with Ksenia already. I've thought of these work arounds but these won't work for me due to the following points:

a. Most of these non-wrike users will not bother to login to wrike even if you tag them as collaborators. These approvers would want to approve via email.

b. If somehow I manage to convince them to login in wrike as collaborators, the no of collaborators that can be defined in an account is limited. Difficult to implement and allocate in a large organisation.

c. With guest review, I will have to manually select the approver which defeats the entire purpose of the automation process.

At the moment, it's not possible to assign someone outside of Wrike as an approver. Have you tried using guest reviews?
