Hi, everyone. I would really like to see the ability to more easily change the checkbox for "Working Days Only" on task schedules.
At times, I have to go into multiple tasks and uncheck this box so that the task can be scheduled across weekends. To do this takes many mouse clicks to go into the task, task schedule, uncheck the checkbox, and back out; for every task that needs to be edited. There is currently no mass edit available for this checkbox unless you want to reschedule all of your tasks to the same dates (which is not what I want to do).
I'd like to be able to use Mass Edit to check or uncheck this option on multiple tasks at once without rescheduling them. Of course, the end date will change as a result, but the start dates should hold steady to how they were scheduled.
Another option would be to make this checkbox available as a field/column in the Table view. At least here we would be able to quickly go down the column and change this setting for multiple tasks efficiently. The start date, due date, duration, effort, etc. are fields form the same dialog that are available to be shown in the Table view, why can't we see this as a field, too?
What do you guys think? Do others also feel that this should be possible? Chime in, follow this thread, upvote it, etc. so it can get some attention.
