Hello everyone 🌚
Many of you have been waiting for this day to come 🕶️
We are beyond excited to announce that one of the most requested features, Dark Mode, is finally here 🖤 We have been listening to your feedback, and after much anticipation, we are thrilled to roll out this addition to our platform.
This new feature gives you the flexibility to select an appearance that suits your preference - light, dark, or match system settings. We understand that each of our users has unique needs and preferences, and this is a step towards giving you more control over your Wrike experience ✔️
To enable Dark Mode, click on your profile menu and choose Workspace appearance:

That’s where you’ll be able to set up the Dark Mode:

And voilà!

🏴Here are some important points to know about this initial release of Dark Mode:
- Limited Theme Availability. At the moment, Dark Mode will only be available for Wrike's default theme, "Midnight". If you have another workspace theme active in the theme gallery, these sidebar and accent colors will not be preserved when you switch into Dark Mode. But don't worry, we're already working on extending Dark Mode support to all workspace themes. We anticipate this to be released during Q1 2024.
- White-labeled Workspace Themes. For customers with a white-labeled workspace theme, Dark Mode will not be immediately available. But we're working on it and expect to deliver Dark Mode for these themes within the next quarter.
- Team Plan Limitation. The theme gallery is not available in the Team plan, so currently there's no way for Team plan customers to enable Dark Mode.
We understand these are limitations but rest assured we are working diligently to make Dark Mode fully functional across all themes, and we appreciate your patience and support during this initial rollout.
A huge thank you to everyone who’s been sharing their feedback and supporting this Community suggestion - the release of the Dark Mode wouldn’t be possible without your input 🖤
