Track custom field changes to activity stream

Hey team,

It would be great if any changes to custom fields on active work would be reflected in the work's activity stream.

Right now, activity streams report changes in native fields (assignees, start dates, due dates, statuses, etc.) and comments. They don't however show what changes have been applied to any custom field value. This poses a gap in visibility to understand who made what changes - it would be helpful to have a trail of these changes. We have a number of custom fields that different types of work use, and when changes are made, it can often cause confusion - knowing who changed what would help us investigate if need be.

I agree! This would be a great add to show who changed field values and when it occurred.

Yes! I completely agree. We've used Wrike Integrate to detect when a custom field changes and then copy/paste that change (and who changed it) into the Comments stream but it requires 1 integration per Custom Field so we only use sparingly. If Wrike can solve for this it would be helpful to users who are following a task to be notified when metadata changes and who made the change - just like all other native fields in Wrike (dates, status, assignee, etc). We'd also like to see Effort changes logged in the feed as well.....
