A piece of feedback came from an interaction I had with a colleague of mine who is traveling and using the Wrike mobile app. She was only able to see active tasks and couldn't see anything that was closed/completed - she needed these tasks for bits of information that they were holding.
We discovered that view defaulted to Table View on the mobile app and it doesn't have filter options. So, by default, she could only see Active tasks. The workaround was to switch to List View which also had only active set by default and remove the filter.
Two pieces of feedback:
- Allow us to set a default view across the mobile app experience
- Implement filters for Table View on the mobile app
