Hey @Bethany Spaeth, can you please try clearing browser cache, or use incognito mode?

It could also be related to an antivirus blocking access, so in case clearing cache and incognito mode don't work, it also makes sense to ask your IT team, or I can raise a ticket for you with our Support team. Let me know!
