Super exciting stuff! I love the idea of this integration and of course the acquisition overall, but I'm not too sure how well the quotes and purchase conditions we got for Klaxoon will be received by leadership. Originally, when the news broke about the acquisition, we were under the assumption that we would automatically get access to Klaxoon, even if it was just a handful of seats, or give us access to an in-(Wrike)-platform whiteboard powered by Klaxoon. Obviously after many questions and discussion (and some disjointed information shared), our Wrike contacts clarified that separate seats were needed with quotes and conditions, but with licenses already paid for with other whiteboarding tools by other departments in our org, I'm not feeling so confident that we'll be able to get onto Klaxoon. Hopefully things can change as a seamless integration is always a goal!

Wasn't aware we could sign up for a trial to test it out (and hopefully convince some folks)!

Do you know how long it gets enabled for?

I'd love to give it a whirl, but would want to make sure that we do so at a time where we'd be needing to whiteboard so that we can truly test out how powerful it is with a live use case 💪

The trial will be enabled for two weeks. To get started, your account owner just needs to click "Add Whiteboard," and the system will prompt them to enable the trial. If you need further assistance, feel free to let us know or reach out to your Customer Success Manager.
