Reporting formulas, removing weekend days from the calculation

In reports, we are wanting to see the difference between the [ENG Start date] and [Start date] but only in business days.

The current calculation includes the weekend days. But we only want to see business days

Right now I am exporting to excel to run the formula.

My company also has many teams that want this same functionality. It would alleviate a manual process where we are exporting to excel and massaging the data. Were there any updates on if this can be a future enhancement?
