Cross-tagging subtask permissions

My colleague does not have the option to add tags to subtasks. I've checked and double checked his permissions but this plus sign is just not there for him. Is there something I'm missing here?

I would talk to the Wrike Account Admin(s). They can check on his Permissions.

If your colleague has a limited access role, they might not have the ability to add tags. The "Full" access role typically allows for more comprehensive task management, including tagging. Here’s an Help Center article on how to change the Access Roles.

Additionally, the issue might be caused by a browser glitch. Sometimes, browser cache or cookies can cause unexpected behavior. Could you please ask your colleague to try the action in an incognito window or clear their browser cache and try again?
