Hi,
We have a support @ companyname.com email (google group) used bý our customers for support. We also have support desk space in Wrike. I would like all new emails coming this email to go into the folder where we have active support cases and create a new task. Works kind of t when we forward emails manually.
If I put forward as a rule in gmail, then google sends a verification email from noreply @ google.com to the Wrike folder. This of course gets rejected by Wrike and I can find no other way to verify the forward email.
Any suggestions how to solve this? Any way to find rejected emails in Wrike?
