Create an approval after request form submission

Hi,

Is this doable - 

We have a third party requesting some assets via request form. Once the request is assigned to an internal team member, I want to create a process where the team member is able to review the request and confirm if the project is - 

( )  Ready to Begin: Everything needed to begin has been received, to a reasonable degree.

( )  Ready to Begin: Additional info needed to finalize.

( )  Project Pending: More needed to begin. 

If project pending is chosen, a checklist opens and the team member can select what's missing and submit back.

Any inputs will be appreciated.

The flow is quite doable, but not with standard Wrike automations.
Even the "If a pending project is chosen, a checklist opens and the team member can select what is missing and resend it." is not exactly automatable.

But let's go in order.
It is possible with the API or Wrike Integrated or other automation software, to:
1- Have the trigger on the status change + "Checklist" field filled in
2- At this point you can send an email or a comment within the task that indicates to the client that the project is Pending because the items filled in the Checklist are missing.

 

It depends a bit on what you can do with your current subscription.
Of course you can also do something different, like show a dashboard or a report of the requests made by a specific customer where for each request you also show the checklist.
