One of my favorite features in Wrike is Automation Rules. Here’s a quick “how to” that’s saved me hours:
Go to your space settings → select Automation.
Create a rule: When status changes to “In Progress” → Assign to [Team Member].
Add notifications or tag other projects as needed.
This way, as soon as a task is updated, Wrike handles the assignment and alerts automatically.
