Now that we can customize the thank-you messages sent to external submissions, it would be great to allow them to keep track of and add more to their requests after submitting by including a link in the email delivered. Similar to Jira, the link could take them to a public-facing version of the task that includes the original details, current status, due date, and comments, which would be helpful so our teams can keep track of their submissions.
