When we use the "Email to requester" feature - the requester correctly receives that in their email inbox.
But when they respond, the response is captured in the Wrike request, but we are not notified about it. Is there a way to turn on the functionality that would send us an email whenever the requester responds? If not, can you add that functionality?
Perhaps, some other kinds of automation would be helpful too, like if we close a request, but the requester responds - change the status back to open, or something like that.
