Reporting tasks from a specific subproject across one space

Hello Wrike ninjas!

I need some help with creating a report. We use a specific blueprint for all our projects, which is organized as follows: "Project >> Subprojects >> Tasks" (with each subproject having its own set of tasks). One of the subprojects, named "Dev & Data Entry", appears in every project.

Here’s an example of our structure:

Project A

Subproject: 01. Blah Blah
Subproject: 02. Dev & Data Entry
Subproject: 03. Blah Blah

Project B

Subproject: 01. Blah Blah
Subproject: 02. Dev & Data Entry
Subproject: 03. Blah Blah

Now, I want to create a report that pulls in all tasks across our space that belong to the subprojects specifically named "Dev & Data Entry".

Is there a way to filter or create a report in Wrike to capture all tasks from these subprojects across multiple projects?

@Nikos Taskos My first thought - what if you made the Dev & Data Entry its own CIT in the blueprint? Then you could pull it on a dashboard or report.

Can I add all existing (already created) subprojects to that CIT, you think?

@Nikos Taskos when you say sub-project, do you mean you actually used the default "Project" item type? Because if yes, open your main project in Table view, click the checkbox next to the subprojects, then click "Item Type" that appears on the top bar and select your new CIT from the dropdown/popup box! (Screenshot marked up below.) That's the easiest way I know of to bulk edit them all to a different item type!

If you created your sub-projects as folders then unfortunately you can't bulk edit them. You'd have to open each one individually, click the 3-dot icon in the corner, then select "Change item type" near the bottom. I hope this helped!

Many thanks @Daisy Hibbard, I will defo try this out, since (fortunately) I have used the default Project item type!
