Automation Rule for Picklist Custom Fields Updates

I am interested in an automation rule that allows automated updates to Custom Field picklist values from Task to Project.
For example:
1. User updates the Task custom field from 'Standard' to 'Top Priority'
2. This would trigger the same field at the Project level to change to 'Top Priority' without having to go in and update manually.

Our projects move quickly so a delay in updating the project level can be misleading to the team and our external clients who view public dashboards.

Hey @Teresa Harding and welcome to this party! This sounds like it's sort of the reverse of what many of us have been asking for for a while. Check out this thread on Cascading Custom Field values down from Projects to Tasks. Two-way action would be even better, but we can't seem to get traction on the downstream solution...good luck!
