I’d like to submit a product feedback request regarding the conditional logic capabilities in request forms. Our team would greatly benefit from more advanced conditional mapping—specifically, an IF/THEN logic structure with multi-level follow-up questions.
For example, if a user selects Item A, the form should only surface follow-up options A1 and A2. But if they select Item B, the next available options might be B1 and C instead. This layered logic would allow us to create more intelligent and efficient forms that better reflect the complexity of our intake processes.
Currently, the limited conditional actions restrict our ability to customize experiences based on multiple conditions. Enhanced mapping would significantly improve request routing, reduce user error, and streamline the submission process.
