We actively use the guest review feature in Wrike to collaborate with external stakeholders, and while we appreciate the ability to resend invitations manually, this becomes error-prone when managing multiple guest reviews simultaneously.
We’d love to see automated reminder functionality added to guest reviews. Our ideal solution would include:
- An automatic reminder email sent to the guest reviewer on the due date if they haven’t yet approved or rejected the item.
- A notification to the internal user who set up the review, so they know the guest hasn’t responded yet.
This would help reduce manual follow-up and ensure time-sensitive deliverables aren’t delayed due to missed guest approvals.
I noticed this related past product request, but wanted to expand it to specifically include automation and dual notifications.
