Milestone option when updating task dates

Hi,

It would be preferable to have a way to transform a task into a milestone directly on the date picking zone (see image below) or a way to lock this transformation because right now I have to click twice on the same day and then delete start date ou duration, it's very click consuming and when you have a important amount of milestone to be updated it's also time consuming. Today the fastest way is to change manually the date in end date field

I would like to add that the current behavior of silently converting milestones back to regular tasks, when rescheduling from the table view was identified as a risk that is preventing us from leveraging task dependencies more.

When rescheduling predecessors past a milestone due date, the milestone will not automatically reschedule. Whereas when rescheduling a predecessor past the due date of a regular task, the regular task will be pushed out accordingly.

We would very much like to see the transformation between milestone task and regular task to be lockable, so the transformation must be done deliberately. We use milestones to keep track of contracted due dates for client deliverables.
