Insert Name of Account in some emails

Hi! I'm using Wrike for my team and for some customers.
Sometimes it happens that I receive emails, like this below

But is not insered the name or the ID of the console.
So I need to open all my accounts, in this case, with Wrike Integrate to find which one is out of actions.
