Since all users have the ability to delete tasks, sending them to the Recycle Bin, there's a need to be able to filter tasks with time logged against them from within the Recycle Bin.
My current workflow is to review items in Recycle Bin to avoid deleting items that have time logged against them since that is needed for reporting. Having to go through each item to confirm there is no time logged against them is inefficient. Since I can restore and all info is intact, it seems like this would not be a significant change to allow Admins to generate reports on those items in Recycle and then mass delete or restore as needed.
