Subject: Reverting Workflow Changes in Wrike

Hello Wrike Team,

I hope this message finds you well. Recently, I made significant changes while attempting to migrate a folder containing four projects and their subtasks to a different workflow. However, we realized that the “original workflow” was the correct one, and unfortunately, many statuses were modified in the new workflow.

Could you please guide us on how to reverse these changes and restore the original workflow status?

At the moment, there is no automatic “undo” for workflow/status changes in Wrike that restores the original setup. A workaround would be to use Activity Stream for each project/task to see what the previous statuses were and when the workflow was changed, and restore the statuses manually. Activity Reports may help you here. Account owners and admins can generate Activity Reports, which provide a more detailed log of status changes, including exact timestamps and the user who made the change. You can take a look at this Help Center Article to know more about this feature. Thanks!
