Job role and default status on recurrence

Can it be made possible that under "+ Add assignee" also the job roles could be selected? Now only 'real' users can be added.

Also would it be possible to add a default status? (Hint: using Automation to change the status wont work as automations don't act on tasks created upfront with recurrence.Adding custom fields would also be a great addition for recurrent task.

UPDATE 14 aug 2025: a space automation now works to change status and custom field on recurrence tasks. Apply rule to task", item type task, specific location. Using Trigger: When new item created. Actions: Change item status to and change custom field.
