Show broken automations more prominent

Hi Wrike team,

I noticed that broken automations only 'show' that they are broken when you open them up. It would be great if it would show an exclamation mark or some sort of error identification at the overview of all our automations and preferably also send an email notification / inbox item to admins when such issue is identified.

Yes, notifications to Account and Workspace Admins for any errors, whether it's automation or form-related, would be very helpful.

Hi Rohan,
Thanks for forwarding this to the responsible team. Talking to our account owner, apparently it seems he's receiving notifications. But it would be beneficial if all admins receive a notification in case the notification got missed.
