Pop-out Mini Wrike for Task Views

I love using Wrike tasks to make notes during a meeting of things I need to do, and I use the checkboxes to tick them off. But I have the memory of a fish - I can pull out a new tab and have a window showing me everything I need, but it'd be so cool if you could pop out the task into a mini window to show on top of other windows so I can see my list of jobs at a glance. It'd be condensed someway so it's small like a post-it note!

how do you like a window like this? It is the smallest I could achieve:

I used the "Apps" feature of my browser (MS edge) to generate a window without browser toolbar.

I think that looks great!! I think if Wrike implemented this feature, the boxes would fit better in the window and maybe the text would be a bit bigger, but it would basically look like that!

well, you don't have to wait till Wrike implements this, you can do it on your own.

Unfortunately you can only link a folder, not a specific task, so I suggest creating a folder for all your meeting tasks and use this for your Browser App. After opening the shortcut you will have to select the current task and then hit Alt+Shift+F to enter the fullscreen mode.

I personally like to add all my to-do list items for the day into a task as well. Since I access Wrike on Chrome, I make the task fullscreen on a tab and pin it (right-click on the tab and select 'Pin') in the browser. This way, it doesn’t take up much space and is still quickly accessible. It’s not exactly what you shared, @Maria Phillips, but I hope this helps. Thanks! 😊
