Feature Updates
Workflow metrics provide insights into work history by showing how long tasks and projects remain in specific statuses. This information helps identify efficiencies and areas for improvement across projects, assignees, or item types, enabling better-informed decision-making.
What’s Included 🛠️
-New metrics: Total, Max, and Average time spent in each status.
- Status changes tracking.
- New filters and dimensions for better data slicing.
- Three new templates: Interrupted Workflows, Average Status Times, and Total Time Active.
Say goodbye to manually hiding inherited custom fields in your Custom Item Types (CIT)!
Account and space admins can now completely hide all location-based custom fields, ensuring that only the fields defined by your CIT are visible, without the clutter of the "More Fields" section.
Please note, this section is visible by default, and it can be adjusted.
- Datahub: Formulas for Enhanced Calculations 📊
Datahub now supports formula fields within databases, utilizing Wrike's familiar formula syntax and functionality for consistent, powerful data computation.
Capabilities with Formulas:
- Automatically calculate equipment utilization metrics
- Track vendor performance scores
- Compute service delivery metrics without spreadsheets
Here are some implementation examples:
- Manufacturing: Calculate maintenance-to-replacement cost ratios.
- Professional Services: Compute service profitability metrics.
- Marketing: Generate asset completion percentages based on task status
- Datahub: Datahub Fields in Wrike Analyze 📊
Datahub information can now be included in Wrike Analyze reports, facilitating comprehensive data-driven insights.
Capabilities:
- Build reports with Datahub link fields.
- Display mirror field values as text in reports.
This integration empowers new reporting scenarios, such as grouping tasks by client categories and analyzing projects by equipment types using centralized Datahub data.

Earlier this February, Slack inbox notifications were sunsetted. After evaluating user interest, this feature has been re-enabled, allowing users to receive Inbox notifications via Slack once again.
