For Workflows and Custom item types, spotting redundancies and making decisions on which setups to scale, delegate or sunset became easier! Check out our recent improvements that allow you to:
- Get a bird-eye configuration overview. In a single view, access Workflows and Custom item types across your account and public spaces in a single view with slicing and dicing capabilities from Wrike tables. Easily see where the configuration is coming from
- Simplicity. We bring you consistent and unified experience between those features as well as between their space an account lists
- Activity data points. Easily uncover who created it and when, when it was last edited and by whom to understand the recency of changes and trace back the activity

- Usage information: Analyze popularity and overall need with data on how often Workflows and Custom item types are used, who was the last one to do it and when
- Blueprints space admin permission: Ensure that only space admins can manage space blueprints
- Proactive notifications that help detecting and archiving unused spaces
