With our Community now on a new platform, we want to make sure you can find your way around quickly! This post walks you through the homepage layout, shows you what each area is for, and helps you understand how to use the Community to get help, share ideas, and stay up to date âď¸
1. Top BarÂ
This is the strip at the very top of the page - your main navigation.
Left side
- Wrike logo: Click it anytime to go back to the Community homepage.
- Get help: Opens the Wrike Help Center.
- E-learning & videos Takes you to Wrike Discover for online courses and video training.
- Whatâs new: Brings you to the area with product updates and release news.
- Categories: Shows you a full list of all Community categories and subcategories.
- Wrike Stars: Advocacy and rewards program.
Right side
- Search icon: Type here to search everything within the Community and Help Center.
- Notifications icon: Click to view notifications such as mentions, post updates, and more.
- Message icon: Click here to view direct messages you receive from the Wrike Community team.
- Not signed in: Youâll see a Sign in button.
- Signed in: Your profile picture and name. Click for profile menu (settings, sign out, etc.). Sign-in works with your Wrike account. It means that when you have a Wrike workspace open in the same browser, youâll be automatically logged-in.Â
2. Main Banner & Search
Under the top bar, youâll see the Search bar to search Community discussions, product feedback, and Help Center articles at once.
Example: Type âdashboardsâ to see related conversations and Help Center articles - no separate searches needed!
 3. Live Sessions / Events Banner
- Click to register for the events: webinars, training, and special Community events.
- Video Highlights and Pinned Links: curated Wrike videos and important pinned posts and resources.
4. Featured Categories
- A grid of category cards displays each category name, and you can click a card to explore its subcategories, recent posts, and recent discussions.
5. Featured Posts
- See the latest highlighted posts here (updated regularly) (updated regularly).
- Examples:Â Features announcements, top discussions, program spotlights, and more.
 Pro tip: Start here for "what's important this week."
6. Recent Posts, Newest Ideas, and Unanswered Questions
Below the Featured Posts section, the page is split into two columns.
Left: Recent Posts, Newest Ideas, and Unanswered Questions
- Recent Posts: Shows the most recently published posts.
- Newest Ideas: Displays the latest ideas submitted by community members.
- Unanswered Questions: Lists question posts that havenât received an answer yet.
Right: Quick actions & discovery
- New post button: Start a discussion, Idea or Question.
- Quick links to key areas.
- Popular tags (e.g., âautomation,â âreportingâ).Â
- Leaderboard: Top contributors.
7. Whoâs Online
- Shows some currently online members.
