What’s included in the beta:
✅ Out-of-the-box Agents
- Triaging Agent: reviews incoming campaign or asset requests to ensure all necessary information is provided, such as the scope, expected delivery date, and external-facing links to assets. It then posts the results of this validation in the comment stream of each ticket.
- Intake Agent: processes incoming asset requests, reads the description, and determines the type of campaign or deliverable (e.g., social media campaign, blog post). It then populates a custom field with the closest match to help triage the request to the right team.
- Risk Monitoring Agent: analyzes project data on a scheduled basis to assess the current risk profile related to scope, schedule, cost, and resources.
✅ Custom Agent Builder – Create your own AI Agent by:
- Using natural language to describe the reasoning that it should apply
- Defining what it should focus on, such as a specific task or a project
- Choosing the trigger or the schedule on which it should run
- Use one of the first supported actions, such as writing in the comment stream or in any other field in Wrike
