TL;DR: Our Community Guidelines outline how to participate respectfully and constructively in the Wrike Community - please read them before posting to help keep this space helpful and welcoming for everyone.
Welcome to the Community! 👋

Community is a shared safe space
We are a diverse Community with members from different industries, with different backgrounds all here for learning, sharing, and collaboration. To keep the conversation and the platform a great place to be for all members please be kind, respectful, and nice to other members.
Wrike's Community doesn't accept any discrimination against age, ability, race, nationality, religion, orientation, or tolerate offensive posts or hate speech on the Community.
In order to maintain our Community as a safe and comfortable space, the Community team reserves the right to remove any post and any user account for any reason at any time. Wrike also reserves the right to review, edit, or restrict visibility of content that violates these guidelines, the Community Terms & Conditions, or applicable laws, including content deemed spam, promotional, misleading, or disruptive.

Our Community grows every day, with Wrike members who are new to Wrike as well as seasoned users. Please join us in giving everyone who joins a warm welcome.
All Wrike users are welcome to share questions, ideas, and product feedback. Feedback shared in the Community may be reviewed and used by Wrike teams to inform product improvements and future development.
Be authentic
Our Community is unique because it's made up of personal experiences shared by our members. Please use your own experience to ensure the Community is an authentic space with real and relatable conversations.
Please avoid posting on behalf of third parties, promoting external products or services, or engaging in any form of sales outreach.
Search and Follow
There might be Community members who've thought of the same thing and posted about it on the Community before you did. Use the search bar and select the related forum to narrow the results.
You can also follow Community forums that you'd like to receive notifications for via email. Click the “Follow” button to do so.
Some forums, threads, or content may be automatically suggested or followed based on your Wrike account type, role, or usage. You may update or unsubscribe from these preferences at any time.
Network and Connect with Wrike users from all over the world
Our Community aims to bring our members together to collaborate, connect and learn from each other.
While networking is encouraged, we do not allow any form of advertisement on the Community, and posts including links will be filtered for approval of the Community team - of course, you can use links to non-advertisement related content but your post might take a bit of time to show up as these are flagged for review.
Information in the Community
Wrike is changing and evolving every day with new and improved features, added tools, functions, and updates. Therefore, some content, posts, and information on the Community might not be accurate, or up to date. Please always check the date on Community posts and if you suspect, or notice something that needs to be changed, please ask the Community team by @mentioning or simply leaving a comment under the respective post .
The Weekly Release Notes forum is the best place to keep up to date with all of the latest news on releases and updates. Please follow the forum to receive notifications on the newest information shared there.
Some Community content may include AI-assisted features such as suggested content, summaries, or overviews. These features are provided to improve discoverability and usability, but should not be considered authoritative or exhaustive.
Privacy is important for us
Posts submitted by members are not approved before being posted. Please be careful not to share images or details that might contain sensitive information. The Community is a public space and all content is publicly accessible and searchable on the internet.
Only users with an active Wrike account may create posts or comments. Your Community profile name and avatar are linked to your Wrike account via single sign-on and will match your Wrike workspace profile. You may choose to replace your avatar with a generic image.
Some Community spaces or content may be restricted or visible only to specific groups based on account type, role, or earned status.
Flagged posts/comments
If your post contains a link(s) to any website (including Wrike’s site), it will require approval at the discretion of a Community team member. This helps us to avoid any potential security concerns. The same goes for profanity, even if it’s a positive expression please choose an alternative as it will be flagged.
Last but not least, please don’t be a spammer. If the level and frequency of posting by an account has an effect on our ability to respond to other users, the Community team reserves the right to remove any post(s) and any user account at any time.
Community badging
Community members have the opportunity to earn badges for participating in the Community. If you’re an active member, you will receive a badge to recognize your ongoing contributions and engagement.
Thank you for taking the time to read our guidelines and a huge thanks for being a part of our Community 💚
