Question for the wriker that sync Jira with Wrike by Unito

Hello community,

We already have flow in unito to sync jira and Wrike.

It work but not perfekt when you have a complexe support. i had to do a lot of automation in Jira to make info visible in Wrike ( In jira i used attached form to get more data,…)

I'm facing an issue with PDF attachment. They are added to jira then sync to Wrike, but once they arrive in Wrike they become corrupted.

I asked Unito support. They re sync the flow, and i also recreate a flow in unito but again same issue.

Has anyone in the community had this issue?

Note: I also have issue when my team working in Wrike is adding attachment Jira is not sharing it with the customer. I will not asked jira because it not they wish to improve those kind of connection. maybe my experience can help others.

I haven't experienced this exact situation, but I know attachment handling can be one of the weaker points in cross-platform syncs like Jira to Wrike and back through Unito.

Based on your note, I would suspect the problem is less about Wrike or Jira individually and more about how Unito is processing and recreating the PDF attachment during sync. Since you already had Unito re-sync the flow and you rebuilt it from scratch, it's probably a repeatable connector behavior rather than user error.

A few troubleshooting steps that could help isolate it:

-Test multiple file types to confirm whether this is PDF-specific.

-Test a simple PDF with no special formatting, embedded objects, or security restrictions.

-Compare attachments added manually in Jira vs. attachments generated or influenced by forms/automation.

-Ask Unito support whether there are known limitations with synced attachments between Jira and Wrike.
