We are enjoying the added flexibility the feature brings us in planning out projects and maintaining templates for recurring projects. However, we're having to do double maintenance on the organization of everything in Wrike. Since the Blueprints are in a new folder tree unrelated to the main tree, we've had to re-make the top part of our folder tree and set the sharing up again.
I would find it beneficial to have to top part of the normal folder structure synchronized between the main folder tree and the Blueprints folder tree. Maybe there can be an option to flag folders to appear in both trees.
For clarification, here's more background on our use case:
Since we’re a larger organization with several departments and teams using Wrike, we’ve organized our Wrike workspace so each department has their own top-level folder and each team has a folder under their department folder. This allows us to share things by groups and get more specific as we go deeper into the folder tree although we’ve had to use the ability to turn off inherited sharing to keep things private to each team that need to be. At the same time, it organizes things for team and department leaders who can see more than the average user so everything from another department or team can be hidden under a separate folder.
We need to take a similar approach for Blueprints so that we get the same benefit of sharing templates with the entire team and organizing them for the department leaders as well.
The folder structure we had to re-create was this organization and sharing structure, not any Blueprints themselves.
