Automations are a real time-saver in Wrike, but the “Add Comment or Mention” action is currently limited to plain text. It would be very useful to have basic formatting options here, particularly the ability to include clickable links.
For example, an automation could add a comment containing a link to a Microsoft Bookings or Calendly page so that recipients can book time if needed.
Support for simple formatting, such as hyperlinks or line breaks, would make automated comments clearer and more practical to use.
If anyone has found a workaround for including links in automated comments, I would be really interested to hear how you are handling this.
