I’m currently architecting a workflow where we use Wrike Request Forms for intake, but our steering committee still requires a standardized 'Project Charter' and 'RAID Log' for our monthly audits.
My question: Does anyone else find that executive stakeholders prefer these standardized external documents (PDF/Docx) over looking directly at Wrike tasks, or have you successfully transitioned your leadership to be 'Wrike-only' for project approvals?
I’ve been looking at the governance artifacts on projectmanagertemplate.com to use as our 'Gold Standard' for these documents, and then attaching the finalized versions back to the Wrike project folder.
I'd love to hear how you handle formal project initiation documentation!"
