Request Form grouping

It would be helpful to have categories or groups to better manage the request forms. Currently they all display in one screen and do not have a grouping for users to quickly navigate to the appropriate area and they have to see all request forms that exist.

Folders or categories for Request Forms would be great for those of that have lots of request forms! Especially with the Blueprints feature now released, we use request forms to easily clone blueprints and populate the new task fields.

Have you considered using the Bookmarks section in the space for this? You can create different sections there for the different types of request forms and add links to those forms:

Hi there! Has there been a solution for this? My organization has a very large number of request forms, and it would be super helpful to organize them into categories or "folders" based on teams, departments, or other groups. This would make it much easier to navigate instead of having everything displayed in one long list.

Thank you for sharing your feedback and use case. I understand how helpful it would be to organize request forms into categories or folders, especially when you have a large number of forms.

At the moment, there are no new updates to share. However, as Lisa suggested above, you can use Bookmarks in Spaces to group and quickly access your most-used forms. You might also find it helpful to apply naming conventions for easier sorting. 👍🏽
