I have multiple completely independent projects that are not linked. Each project requires a review every two weeks. We've formatted the review so that they are structured the same for every review in every independent project. Is it possible that I can automate this process?
1.) I create a subitem under a category (Financial in this case)
2.) In the subitem I add approval
3.) In approval I add an approver (the same person every time)
4.) In advanced settings of the approval box, I choose "For the final decision Approved" and assign it the "Completed" status and hit save. Then I click the "Start" button in the approval settings dialog box.
Can an automated system be activated so that the system will add the subitem, the approval, approver, modify the advanced settings and hit start for me having it all ready to go when I go looking for it? or Can an AI agent be tasked with performing this for me?
It would save me a lot of time.
