It appears as though with the Wrike + Outlook integration, you’re only able to create a task when the email is in your main Inbox. The “Create Task” option still appears in other Outlook folders, but it doesn’t actually allow you to create the task from there. It would be great if task creation worked from any folder (or if the option didn’t appear where it’s not supported), as many of us organize emails outside of the main Inbox before converting them to tasks.
