In 2026, I want Wrike to help our team move from simply tracking work to truly operating through a structured program management system. We’ve already adopted Wrike broadly, but the next step is using it to drive clearer prioritization, visibility, and accountability across programs. My goal is for stakeholders and leadership to have immediate visibility into what initiatives are active, where risks exist, and how work is progressing, without relying on status meetings or manual updates.

—Is there a Wrike feature you’ve been meaning to explore that you will finally use this year?
I’d like to go deeper with Wrike dashboards and reporting to create more program-level visibility. We’ve used Wrike extensively for task and project management, but there’s an opportunity to build more structured dashboards that surface meaningful insights, such as initiative progress, workload balance, and milestone health, so leadership can quickly understand where attention is needed.

—What’s one Wrike success you’d love to celebrate by the end of 2026, something that would make you say, “Wrike really made a difference for us this year”?
Success would be reaching a point where Wrike becomes the single operational hub for our team’s initiatives. If our major programs and strategic projects are consistently planned, executed, and reported through Wrike, with leadership actively using dashboards to monitor progress, that would be a major win. At that point, Wrike wouldn’t just be where work is tracked; it would be where decisions are informed and programs are effectively managed.

We will set up a new procet management structure from the scratch. We learned much during the last years what we need and what we do not need. We want to make a big cut as we see huge potential.

I will implement much more automation during this change. Unfortunatly a lot of features in Wrike itself are missing, so we will go also via API and make a lot of things by outside calculation and bringing data back into Wrike.

AI Agents and automation! I don't have time to explore but I need to make time as it will make me more time in the end!

What’s one Wrike success you’d love to celebrate by the end of 2026, something that would make you say, “Wrike really made a difference for us this year”? I feel like a broken record but I want to say that Wrike automation and AI agents gave me 20% of my time back!

My Wrike goal this year is scaling our processes and set-up to cover our growing team! I will be onboarding 30+ teammates, training them, and creating workflows for their work and adjusting the ones we have in practice to meet the needs of the larger team. I want to continue to learn from other Wrike users and experts on how they manage their accounts and best practices with a continuously growing team.

I aim to dig deeper into developing and modifying blueprints, and one particular success at end of year will be collaborative in-system work with colleagues who are new to fully using Wrike.
